Now you can pay your rent over the phone

Payments can now be made using a debit card by calling 0191 424 6468 and following the instructions for payment.

Please have your card details ready as well as your 7 digit cashiers reference ready (located on the bottom right hand corner of your swipe card, or on the front of your new rent book).

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Estate Walkabouts: April - July 2008

We hold Estate Walkabouts four times a year on all of our estates. These detailed walks give tenants a chance to identify any areas for improvement.

Tenants' Rewards Scheme

Win up to £250 through South Tyneside Homes' Tenants' Rewards Scheme.

To qualify for the prize draw all you have to do is pay your rent on time, owe no other debt to the council and have kept to the terms of your tenancy agreement and you will be automatically entered.
