Ken Middlemass
Ken is Chief Executive of Keep Newcastle Warm (KNW) a not-for-profit organisation working in the sub-region on sustainable energy projects. He has extensive experience of sustainable energy issues.
Jerry Barford
Jerry is a former Group Director of Gateshead Council. He has extensive experience in local government particularly regeneration and capital project delivery.
Reverend Roy Merrin
Reverend Merrin is a local Minister and former Local Government officer with extensive experience of community development and local engagement. He has played an active part in the creation of South Tyneside’s successful Credit Union.
Peter Davidson (Chair)
Peter has a background of Corporate Insurance and Risk Management, together with a wealth of experience in community work and as the Non-Executive Chair of the South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust. He also has extensive advisory experience with the Northern Housing Consortium.
