Rechargeable repairs
A rechargeable repair is where we charge you for completing a repair or clearance work in your home.
Some examples of repairs we may expect you to pay for include:
- replacing locks because of lost keys
- boarding up broken windows
- replacing batteries for doorbells and smoke detectors
