Project-C
Project-C will give you the power to check how we are performing and make changes to the housing services that matter to you.
Tenant Scrutiny
A major part of Project-C will involve tenants taking a close look at how well services are being delivered.
This is called Tenant Scrutiny and it can be split in to four main activities.
| Check | Complaining when our services or behaviours aren't right and telling us when you don't think our performance is good enough, all helps us to keep on improving. You can also get involved in inspecting our services and offices to make sure that we are meeting the standards you have set for us. |
Challenge | We always need you to tell us if there is a problem. If you don't we can't try to resolve it. But sometimes we also need you to tell us what you think we should do about it and whether we have got things right once we have followed your suggestion. |
| Change | Changing the way something works takes time, enthusiasm and patience. However, working with us to make change happen can be very rewarding. You can influence the decision making process and help us to keep focused on what really matters - the difference change makes to you. |
| Champion | It is important we always take a balanced view on performance. Without champions we can't do this. So, we need you to tell us when we are getting things right and share this with other people. |
Scrutiny panel
We will soon be launching our new Tenant Scrutiny Panel. Members of the panel will be volunteering their time to check, challenge, change and champion.
They will also:
- Represent the views of tenants across the borough
- Closely monitor our performance to make sure we are keeping to our promises
- Report any issues directly to members of the board
Tenants' Annual Report
Every year we work with tenants to produce the Tenants' Annual Report.
This report is written by tenants, for tenants and provides a review of how we have performed over the previous twelve months.
