We are looking for an extremely enthusiastic, motivated individual who would like to take on the demanding role of Community Safety and Tenancy Enforcement Officer within the Community Safety and Tenancy Enforcement section of the Housing and Area Management Team.
The role involves investigating complaints of anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches and working to resolve them efficiently and effectively - providing local communities and residents with the reassurance they need to feel safe. You will be responsible for supporting and reassuring victims whilst dealing swiftly and assertively with perpetrators of anti social behaviour. The role will involve using the full range of available tools and powers, including the service of legal notices, preparation of case files and attending Court where necessary. You will be required to liaise with internal and external customers, partners and support agencies to resolve cases satisfactorily.
You should have relevant experience, experience of monitoring and achieving targets, a proven track record of improving performance, and most importantly be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines. You will also have some experience of working with customers and providing value for money, will be required work with people at all levels and maintain the excellent relationships with our current partners.
