We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Property Services Team as a Plumber. This role is critical to ensure Property Services consistently deliver a high quality service to our customers.

You will assist in the delivery of services carrying our repairs across homes, schools and public buildings. You will assist in the development of apprentices, trainees, and agency staff to provide an excellent service for the South Tyneside Homes residents and for external clients.

You will be responsible to the Responsive Repairs Manager - providing excellent customer service and delivering services in line with STH policy & procedures and all current legislation.

So what are we looking for??

You should have plumbing experience and the necessary trade qualifications, experience of carrying out all aspects of domestic plumbing dealing with customer's enquiries and handling difficult situations. You should hold a full driving license and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in pressurised situations.
