From Monday 4 April 2016, the 0300 123 6633 number will be available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm. We will no longer be taking calls on Saturdays.

You can contact South Tyneside Homes on 0300 123 6633 from Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.

Please note, at South Tyneside Homes we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service, which is why there is a policy in place for managing unacceptable behaviour from customers. Occasionally, some customers make unreasonable demands that could affect the level of service we can provide to other customers and so, to protect staff and the quality of service we provide, we reserve the right to manage or restrict customer communication.

Emergency repairs that are an immediate risk to people or property can be reported 24/7 by calling 0300 123 6633.
This 24 hour service is for emergencies only, if the report is found not to be an emergency you may be charged. Please do not report emergency repairs via email.

Rent payments can also be made via our 24 hour automated payment line on 0300 456 0501. Please remember to have your debit card and payment reference number ready when calling.
