We have a number of local housing offices across the borough, where you can access a range of services.

You can use your local housing office to:
• Pay your rent
• Bid for a home
• Report a repair
• Talk to a Housing Management Officer
• Report issues on your estate

Please note - the cash desks in the housing offices close at 4pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm on a Friday.
Housing services - Boldon
If you live in Boldon or the surrounding areas, you can access housing services at Boldon Village Hall.
Staff are available to answer any general housing enquiries from 9am to 12 noon Monday to Friday.
You can also make a convenient appointment with your Housing Management Officer to visit you at home. Appointments are available from 1pm to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 1pm to 3.30pm on Friday.
Paying your rent and council charges
We are no longer be able to take cash payments for rent and other council services at Boldon Village Hall.
However, you can still pay your rent in the following ways:
- By Direct Debit
- In cash at any Post Office
