How we can help
If you get behind with paying your rent and cannot pay, we can help by giving you confidential advice and referring you to debt counselling.
We can also arrange an affordable repayment plan with you, so you can pay us an agreed amount each week until your debt is cleared.

Help and advice sessions
We run weekly drop-in sessions where you can talk to us about any problems you may have with paying your rent.
If you cannot make one of the drop-in sessions you can contact our Income Team to discuss your rent or arrange a home visit.
