Ways to report a repair
FixIt is our transformed repairs service which has been designed with the help of our Repairs Service Development Group and your feedback.
Report a repair
- Online using our Housing Repair Request Form
- By telephone on 0300 123 6633
- By SMS text to 0778 620 0802. Text FIXIT followed by your name, address and a description of your repair
- In person at your local housing office
- In writing to your local housing office
- By Typetalk. We welcome calls through Typetalk. Textphone users please prefix our telephone number with 18001
- Concierge. If you live in a multi storey flat you can report your repair to the concierge 24 hours a day from your home using your intercom.
Emergency repairs
For emergency repairs, please call 0300 123 6633.
This service is for emergencies only so please only use it for genuine emergency repairs. If we find that the work was not actually an emergency you may be charged.
