Our local housing offices manage estates across the borough. They also deal with rent accounts, lettings, repairs and other issues and enquiries.
Opening Times:
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm
Fridays: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Information for residents living in Cleadon, Fellgate and Whitburn areas
Hedworth, Fellgate and Calf Close
The drop-in sessions that were held at 8 Moorside (Hedworth) and 55 Wark Crescent (Calf Close) are now held at:
Hagan Hall: Tuesday and Thursday mornings 10am - 12pm
Calf Close House: Wednesday morning 10am - 12pm
We will be reviewing these drop–in sessions early in 2010 and we will keep you informed of any changes.
Whitburn
If you live in the Whitburn and Cleadon Park areas you can access our services in the following ways:
- Make an appointment for a home visit or speak to your Estate Officer by calling 423 4000.
- Report a repair by calling free on 0800 694 6900 or text the word FIXIT followed by your name, address and a description of the work required to 0778 620 0820.
- For Your Choice enquiries, please call 424 7820 or text YC to 0778 620 0820.
Cleadon Park
We no longer hold drop in sessions at Cleadon Park. If you live in Cleadon Park and have any queries you can contact your Estate Officer at the Horsley Hill Office by calling 423 4000.
