Whitburn

Whitburn Housing sub-office is now closed. The drop-in sessions in sessions at Whitburn Library and Park Avenue have been cancelled until further notice.

Tenants in the Whitburn and Cleadon Park areas can access South Tyneside Homes services through the following ways:

  • Make an appointment for a home visit or to speak to your Estate Officer by calling 423 4000.
  • Report a repair by calling free on 0800 694 6900 or by texting the word FIXIT followed by your name, address and a description
    • of the work required to 0778 620 0820.
  • For Your Choice enquiries, please call 424 7820 or by texting YC to 0778 620 0820.

Cleadon Park

The Cleadon Park Housing Office closed on Friday 18 January 2008.

In order to provide a service for tenants South Tyneside Homes will provide drop-in Sessions on

  • Mondays 10.00am - 12.00noon
  • Thursdays 1.00pm - 3.00pm.

At other times tenants can report repairs to the freephone number 0800 694 6900 and direct to the Horsley Hill Housing Office on 0191 423 4000.
