Local Housing Offices
Local Housing Offices manage estates across the Borough. They also deal with rent accounts, lettings, repairs and other issues and enquiries.
Opening Times:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8.30am to 5pm
Wednesdays: 8.30am to 3pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 4.30pm

Whitburn
Whitburn Housing Sub-Office closed at the beginning of February 2008. Customers who use this office for rent and council tax payments will need to make alternative arrangements.

- Thursdays 2.00pm - 5.00pm
At other times tenants can report repairs to the Freephone Number 0800 694 6900 and direct to the Horsley Hill Housing Office on 0191 423 4000.

The Cleadon Park Housing Office closed on Friday 18 January 2008.
