Our Language Statement
Tenant Liaison Team
At South Tyneside Homes we have a small Tenant Liaison Team who help ensure that the Decent Homes Work in your home runs as smoothly as possible and they will provide you with all the information required throughout the work.
Our Tenant Liaison Officers will:
- Visit you before any work starts in your home to inform you of what is happening and to note your choices
- Be the first point of contact if you have any problems or require any help
- Make regular visits to your home to ensure that everything is satisfactory
The contractor carrying out the work will also have their own Tenant Liaison Officer who will be on site every day once works start. These Officers will help you with any queries you may have.
