Heating systems servicing

We will visit your home to service your gas or solid fuel heating appliances every 12 months.

We must do this check by law to make sure that your appliance is working safely and efficiently.

We carry out the annual service free of charge. We will arrange an appointment with you when it is due.

Appointments can be arranged throughout the day, into the early evening and on Saturday morning.

You must give us access to carry out this work. This also includes people working on our behalf.

If you do not give us access we will take legal action to gain entry because your health will be at risk if your appliance is not serviced. You may be charged for these costs.

In the case of an emergency, we may force entry to your home but only to prevent damage to property or risk of injury to any person.

Any person calling to your home on our behalf will carry identification. You should ask to see it before letting them in. If in doubt, contact your local housing office for confirmation
