Leaseholder surgery
If you have a question about your annual service charge or have a specific leasehold problem and would like the chance to chat about it, why not make an appointment for our next Leaseholder Surgery Session?
Leaseholder Surgery sessions take place the first Tuesday of every month at our headquarters at Strathmore, Viking Business Park, Jarrow between 9am and 6pm. Surgery sessions are by appointment only so you will need to contact us to book your place. We also run extra sessions around the time of your estimated and annual bill.
