How much rent should I pay?

How much rent should I pay?

When you sign your tenancy we will tell you how much your rent is, and when you start your tenancy we will give you a rent card which will show you the amount you should pay.

We will send you a quarterly rent statement to let you know how much rent you have paid and how much you owe.

When is my rent due?

Your rent payment is due on Monday each week for the coming week. You must pay your rent as soon as your tenancy starts, even if you don’t move into your home straightaway.

You can also pay your rent every two weeks or every month as long as you pay in advance.

We do not collect rent for two weeks at Christmas and two weeks during the summer, and these are marked ‘free week’ on your rent card.
