Money matters
Rent
We use the rent you pay to provide housing services such as repairs and maintenance, home improvements, grounds maintenance and housing management. Therefore, it’s really important that everyone pays their rent and that it is paid on time so that we can provide you with the best possible housing service.

Housing benefit and other benefits
To find out if you are entitled to Housing and Council Tax Benefit you will need to complete the relevant form. You can pick up a claim form from your local Housing Offices. Our staff will help you to complete your claim form in order to avoid delays which would result in arrears.
Please note that it is your responsibility to get a claim registered with the Housing Benefit Department. Any delay may result in a period where full rent is payable.
