Planned maintenance and improvements
Each year we carry out a number of planned repairs through our planned maintenance programme.
These could be:
- Planned programmes for decorating the outside of your home
- Improvement schemes aimed to bring your home up to Decent Homes Standard
Your local Housing Office will be able to tell you what we plan to do to improve your home.
Our planned maintenance programmes are developed using a combination of consultation with tenants’ and residents’ associations and Community Area Forums and from our staff, local knowledge and from seeking the advice of professional consultants. You can influence what is included in the planned maintenance schemes by attending your local tenants’ and residents’ association or by completing questionnaires when we send them to you.
