Report a repair

We have made reporting a repair as easy as possible by having a number of different ways to report your problem. When you report your repair you will be given or sent a receipt which will record your request. This receipt may also show a target date for inspecting or completing your repair.
The receipt will contain a reference number. Please use this when you contact us.
Online
You can report a repair online through this website.
By Phone
You can phone the repairs hotline on freephone 0800 694 6900, open 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturday.
At any local Housing Office
You may wish to report your repair in person at one of our local Housing Office.
By text message
If you would like to tell us about your repair via mobile phone, text us on 07786 200 802. Don’t forget to tell us the important details such as your name, address and exactly what the problem is.
By Typetalk
We welcome calls through Typetalk. Textphone users please prefix our telephone number with 18001.
In writing
You can report your repair in writing to your local Housing Office.
Concierge
If you live in a multi storey flat you can report your repair to the concierge 24 hours a day from your home using your intercom.
Scheme manager
If you live in sheltered accommodation you can use your intercom to report your repair to the Scheme Manager when they are on duty. In an emergency you can report your repair to the Scheme Manager using the Warden Call system which is available 24 hours per day 365 days per year.
