Performance Overview: "Neighbourhood and Community Standard"
These standards focus on how we manage your neighbourhood, work in co-operation with others in your local area and respond to complaints about anti-social behaviour.
Our annual performance for the 2018/19 financial year can be viewed below.
We will inspect your area a minimum of 12 times a year
We will carry out an investigatory process that will lead to the removal of fly tipped rubbish within 5 days of receiving a report
We will remove discarded needles and syringes within 1 working day of receiving a report

* Improvement Note - There has been an overall 18% increase across all category cases over the previous financial year, which has resulted in us not meeting this sandard. We are exploring options to deal with this increased workload.
